【摘要】目的:探讨可来福接头和肝素帽接头在浅静脉留置针应用中的利弊。方法:选择2005年8月~2006年8月我们应用浅静脉留置针患者132例随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组使用可来福接头,对照组使用肝素帽接头,对两组病人回血和堵管情况进行疗效观察。结果两组病人疗效有显著性差异,观察组使用可来福接头疗效明显优与对照组使用旰素帽接头。结论:可来福接头使用安全,方便,值得临床推广和应用。

【Abstract】Objeetive:The discussion may come the lucky attachment and the heparin hat attachment leaves alone in the needle application in the shallow vein the advantages. Method: Chooses in August, 2005~in August, 2006 we to apply the shallow vein to leave alone the needle patient 132 examples stochastically to divide into the observation group and the comparison group, the observation group uses may come the lucky attachment, the comparison group to use the heparin hat attachment, returns to the blood to two group of patients and stops up the tube situation to carry on the curative effect observation. The result two groups of patients curative effects have significance the difference, the observation group use may come the lucky attachment curative effect to be obvious superiorly use 旰 the element hat with the comparison group to attach. Conclusion: May come the lucky attachment use security, convenient, is worth the clinical promotion and the application.

浅静脉留置针在临床上已广泛使用,但对于使用何种方法封管能降低回血及堵管尚有争议。常用的封管方法有使用肝素帽接头和可来福接头两种。为此,我们自2005年8月~2006年8月将132例使用浅静脉留置针的患者随机分为两组,分别使用可来福接头(以下称CLV接头)和肝素帽接头正压封管进行了临床观察。现总结报告如下:
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料:本次共观察132例应用浅静脉留置针穿刺置管者,其中男性102例,女性30例,年龄12~84岁,平均年龄53岁,其中脑外伤35例,胆石症30例,食道癌16例。肺癌3例,乳腺癌28例,胃癌20例。随机分为两组:观察组(CLV接头)66例,对照组(肝素帽接头)66例,两组年龄,性别,药物及治疗情况比较无明显差异且均无出、凝血机能障碍。
1.2 材料:统一采用美国BD公司生产的一次性静脉留置针,型号为REF-4248112,规格为1.1×33mm,3M透明敷帖,美国ICU医疗公司提供的0lC-CLC2000型CLV接头,肝素帽接头。
1.3 方法:观察组:当浅静脉留置针按常规操作穿刺置管成功后,先用注射器抽取3~4ml生理盐水排尽CLV接头内空气,以接头的阳性端连接套管针,输液器接液体,排气后乳头与CLV接头阴性端连接,用敷帖固定,调节好速度。输液结束时,将此接头阴性端与输液器分离即可。再次输液前消毒接头阴性端,接输液器,形成无针密闭输液系统。
