【摘 要】 目的:了解大学生对艾滋病态度的特点和大学生艾滋病知识、同性恋态度等因素对艾滋病态度的影响。方法:采用大学生艾滋病态度量表、艾滋病知识量表、同性恋态度问卷、对HIV高危人群态度量表、对同伴艾滋病态度的觉察问卷、艾滋病易感性和严重性觉察问卷对北京、南昌、怀化三地11所高校1067名大学生施测。结果:(1)来自于城市的大学生较来自农村的大学生(99.5±8.1/93.0±7.6,t=4.18,P<0.01)、汉族大学生较少数民族大学生(93.3±7.9/91.0±8.0,t=3.13,P<0.01)对艾滋病态度量表得分高;医学专业大学生对艾滋病态度量表得分高于人文社会科学和理工科专业学生(96.3±8.8,92.6±7.5、92.9±8.3,F=6.56,P<0.01);北京大学生艾滋病态度得分高于南昌、怀化大学生(94.3±8.2,91.0±6.4,91.9±7.9,F=16.26,P<0.01);(2)回归分析发现,大学生对同性恋态度和对性工作者的态度、对同伴艾滋病态度的觉察、对艾滋病易感性的觉察和艾滋病知识能显著预测其对艾滋病的态度(β=0.26、0.09、0.25、0.11、0.09)。结论:大学生对艾滋病态度量表得分在专业、地区和部分人口学变量上有差异;同性恋态度和艾滋病知识等因素影响大学生艾滋病态度。

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the characteristics and influencing factors of college students' AIDS attitudes in china.Methods:1067 college students were investigated with Attitudes toward AIDS Scale, AIDS Knowledge Scale, Attitudes Toward Homosexuality Scale, Attitudes Toward HIV Risk People Questionnaire, Perceived Partners' Attitudes Toward AIDS Questionnaire, Perceived AIDS Susceptibility and Severity Questionnaire.Results:(1)College students who had different hometowns (99.5±8.1/93.0±7.6,t=4.18,P<0.01) and different nationalities (93.3±7.9/91.0±8.0,t=3.13,P<0.01)significantly differed in the scores of Attitudes Toward AIDS Scale; and also their scores showed the significant difference in their majors (96.3±8.8,92.6±7.5,92.9±8.3,F=6.56,P<0.01)and their regions (94.3±8.2,91.0±6.4,91.9±7.9,F=16.26,P<0.01).(2)College students' attitudes toward homosexuality and sexual workers, perceived partners' attitude toward AIDS, perceived AIDS susceptibility and AIDS knowledge could predict their AIDS attitudes significantly. Conclusion: College students' AIDS attitudes were different significantly when they had different majors, nationalities, hometowns and regions; College students' attitudes toward homosexuality and sexual workers, perceived partners' attitude toward AIDS and some other factors could influence their AIDS attitudes.
