【摘要】自我效能感相对不足,成为制约军校大学生综合素质提高的瓶颈。研究军校大学生自我效能感的提升策略,具有重要的理论和实践意义。其中,强化团体归属感是提升军校大学生自我效能感的基础;完善动力模式是提升军校大学生自我效能感的核心;重视人-环境的匹配是提升军校大学生自我效能感的着眼点。

人才是强军之本,是打赢之基。作为培养人才的基地、知识创新的源头,军事院校必须站在人才制高点,遵循培养规律,为军队建设和军事斗争准备提供强大的智力保障和人才支持。如何充分利用这一特殊育人场所提高自身、确立合乎时代和军队建设要求的价值取向,也是当代每位军校大学生面临的重大问题。目前,一批批军校生正源源不断走进军营,为部队建设和改革注入新的血液和活力。探究军校大学生自我效能感的提升策略,现已成为强化军队人才培养质量的题中之义。
1.研究提升军校大学生自我效能感的意义
自我效能感(self-efficacy)是班杜拉(A.Bandura,1977,1986,1995)社会认知理论的核心概念,指个体相信自己能成功做出某种行为的主观体验。研究发现,自我效能感有实际工作成就、替代性经验、言语劝说、情绪唤起等决定因素,并直接影响个体的思维、动机、情绪,对心理和行为有重要调节作用[1]。
