紫番薯酒是以富硒紫番薯为原料,加工酿制的白酒。紫番薯酒的研制者,温岭赵氏珍稀农特产种业场负责人赵继裘介绍,紫番薯近年来颇受市场的追捧,去年他们43亩的种植量供不应求,今年将种植面积扩大到了120亩。紫番薯富含对人体有益的微量元素硒,以紫番薯为原料酿成的酒,对胃有保健修复的作用。
